pakrum Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pakrum ("pakrum", "we", "us", "the Platform"). The Terms govern all use of the pakrum website at pakrum.app, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and support channels made available through the platform.

By completing the registration process and creating a pakrum account, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the pakrum platform.

Your continued use of the pakrum platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pakrum reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 14.

Access to pakrum is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active pakrum account.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of an employee of pakrum or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

pakrum reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by pakrum may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals until the verification is completed.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the pakrum platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
• Notifying pakrum immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

pakrum is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you disclose your password to any third party — whether intentionally or negligently — you accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account during that period.

pakrum accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment channels:

• Mobile Wallets: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay
• Bank Transfers: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, Raast, 1LINK
• Cryptocurrency: USDT TRC20
• Retail Cash: Authorised retail cash deposit points

All deposits are credited to your pakrum PKR wallet balance. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, though enhanced due diligence may apply for large single deposits.

pakrum charges no platform fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash or your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, for which pakrum bears no responsibility.

All funds deposited into your pakrum account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from third parties into your account, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension.

Withdrawals from your pakrum account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including age and identity confirmation, before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name — no third-party withdrawals are permitted.
• If bonus funds are present in your account, applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn (see Section 6).
• pakrum reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

Verified accounts in good standing receive same-day processing for withdrawals to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and major Pakistani banks on business days. Withdrawal requests submitted outside banking hours may be processed on the next available business day.

pakrum offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. The following general bonus rules apply to all pakrum promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry period after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited. The validity period for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless the promotion terms explicitly permit stacking.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion. pakrum reserves the right to exclude players from specific promotions at its discretion.

All casino games available on the pakrum platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are tested and certified by independent technical testing laboratories to ensure fairness, randomness, and compliance with published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages.

Each game on pakrum operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules, paytable, and RTP of any game before wagering real money.

• Slot Games: Outcomes are determined by certified RNG. RTP percentages for individual slot titles are published in the game information panel.
• Live Dealer Games: Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in a regulated studio environment. Game outcomes are subject to the physical results of cards, dice, or wheels — not software RNG.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, pakrum reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed during the malfunction. No winnings generated from a confirmed technical malfunction are payable.

The pakrum sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, Pakistan international matches, and major T20 tournaments), football, UFC, kabaddi, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on pakrum:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your account balance. Bets placed during periods of odds fluctuation may be accepted at the prevailing odds at the time of placement.
• In-Play Betting: Live in-play bets are subject to a short processing delay. pakrum reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time during a live event at its discretion.
• Void Bets: A bet may be voided if the event is abandoned before the minimum required play time has been completed, if an obvious pricing error occurred, or if the event does not take place within the specified rescheduling window.
• Maximum Payout: Each sport and market carries a maximum single bet payout as specified in the sportsbook rules section. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the published limit.
• Match Result Disputes: For result purposes, pakrum relies on official governing body results. In cases of dispute, the official result declared by the relevant cricket board, sporting federation, or competition organiser is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pakrum platform. Any player found to be engaging in any of the following activities will have their account suspended and all balances forfeited:

• Opening more than one account, whether under the same or different personal information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the pakrum platform for any form of money laundering, financial crime, or fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Placing bets on both sides of a market to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage) in a manner that constitutes bonus abuse.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to access your account.
• Using a VPN, proxy service, or other method to disguise your actual location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or platform rules.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards pakrum staff or other players.

pakrum reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, criminal, or dishonest activity.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account management procedures will be communicated to the registered email address before any action is taken.
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• A third-party request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than a confirmed breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard verification procedures.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting pakrum support at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure is processed within five business days of a confirmed request.

pakrum is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing a safe, controlled gambling environment for all players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are accessible directly from your account settings without requiring you to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. Once a loss limit is reached, no further real-money play is permitted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which your account will be suspended for real-money play.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the pakrum platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable for the chosen duration. During a self-exclusion period, no new accounts may be opened by the same individual.

Players who believe a family member may be accessing the platform underage are encouraged to contact pakrum support at [email protected]. pakrum will investigate all such reports promptly and take appropriate action.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by pakrum is governed by the pakrum Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy as published at pakrum.app/privacy-policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
• pakrum does not sell your personal data to third-party marketing organisations.
• Data is transmitted and stored using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption.
• KYC documents (CNIC, passport copies) are retained only for the period required by applicable regulatory and anti-money laundering obligations.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data pakrum holds about you by contacting [email protected].

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakrum's total liability to any player in connection with the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pakrum shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any loss or damage arising from platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, or force majeure events including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, power outages, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond pakrum's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.
• Delays in payment processing caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment network that are outside pakrum's control.
• Any actions taken by third parties that result in unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your own negligence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pakrum's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

pakrum reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, pakrum will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform.

The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of these Terms will be updated each time a revision is published. It is your responsibility to review the updated Terms before continuing to use the platform. Your continued use of pakrum following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the pakrum platform and close your account by contacting [email protected] before the amendment takes effect. Pending verified real-money balances will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 5.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which pakrum operates its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and pakrum, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit your complaint to pakrum support at [email protected] with full details of the issue. pakrum will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the support team, you may request escalation to a senior pakrum compliance officer. The escalation review will be completed within 15 business days.
• Step 3 — Alternative Dispute Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved following the internal escalation process, either party may refer the dispute to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as notified by pakrum.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in English. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
